1. Service Overview
Beavom is an AI-powered interior design mobile application. The service allows you to scan a room, arrange furniture on an interactive 2D floor plan, and generate photorealistic renders via AI.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using Beavom, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.
3. Minimum Age
Use of Beavom is restricted to persons aged
13 years or older. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must obtain permission from your parents or legal guardians.
4. User Account
To access the app's features, you must create an account via Google OAuth, Apple Sign-In, or OTP code login. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity from your account.
Upon first use, a consent screen lets you choose your privacy preferences (analytics, advertising, marketing). These choices can be changed at any time in the app settings (Settings > Privacy).
5. Subscriptions
Beavom offers the following subscription plan:
- Premium Weekly — $4.99 per week, with a 3-day free trial
Free trial: the 3-day free trial is available once for new subscribers. At the end of the trial, the subscription converts to paid unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
Renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. Payment is charged to your Apple account via the App Store.
Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple account settings (Settings > Subscriptions). Access remains active until the end of the current period.
6. Credits
Consumable credit packs are available for purchase:
- 5-credit pack
- 15-credit pack
- 35-credit pack
Credits never expire. Each AI render consumes one credit. Premium subscribers get unlimited renders.
7. User Content
You retain all rights to the photos you upload to the application. By using the service, you authorize us to process your images via AI temporarily to generate the requested renders.
You can also import content (URLs or images) from other applications (Pinterest, Instagram, IKEA, TikTok, etc.) via the system share feature. This content is processed to allow you to save it in your collections.
8. AI Renders
AI-generated renders are provided for inspiration and personal visualization purposes. Beavom does not guarantee that renders reflect an achievable result in real conditions. Furniture and layout suggestions are indicative.
Images sent to the Google Gemini API for render generation are processed temporarily and not stored by Google. Renders are stored in your Beavom space and can be deleted at any time.
9. Liability
Beavom is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.
10. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you via the application.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at
support@beavom.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by
French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
